The Lease-Up Specialist oversees all leasing, marketing, and training aspects for the assigned community. They work closely with the Client, Community Manager, and staff to set leasing goals and develop a strategic marketing plan to achieve budgeted occupancy. The primary responsibilities include leading the leasing team, accomplishing effective leasing and marketing, and ensuring positive resident relations.
The role of the Operations Property Specialist is to efficiently manage and coordinate people, activities, and available resources to achieve property goals for sites that require assistance or coverage due to an absence or vacancy. This involves managing financial processes like creating and monitoring budgets, collecting rent, and approving vendors and contractors.
The role of the Facilities Operations Specialist involves overseeing the facilities operations of assigned communities. In times of staff vacancy, this position may serve as a troubleshooter and fill-in for facilities staff. The responsibilities include prioritizing and assigning service requests to the maintenance team, monitoring the daily completion of service requests, and following up on any outstanding items.
